For this exhibition at the Château de Villandry, Marie Rauzy became fascinated with the flight of birds.

«When familiar birds swoop and dance in my garden, I’m captivated by their movements. They share their momentum with me. When I admire the stubbornness of bindweed and the way spaces are shared equally by little crowds of wildflowers, it makes me feel empathetic towards the world. I then try to share the life within me through the act of painting.»
